From our favorite organic grower in Toronto Canada, Laura Watt brings arugula, also know as roquette or rocket = a staple in salad mixes and delish on its own.

Arugula is a hardy perennial that has great tasting deeply-lobbed green leaves that are easy to grow. Arugula leaves started from seeds are ready to harvest in in just weeks.

Use arugula in salads. Just a few leaves will do. Pop a few leaves on your sandwich. Add arugula to your stir-fries. Perfect for pasta dishes and for pizza.

Planting instructions: Plant in moist soil 1/2-inch deep, space 2 to 4-inches apart. Sow seeds year round in warm winter climates. Partial shade to full sun. 45 days.
