I love making things. I love the focus, the preoccupation and the process. My pottery is hand-crafted in my home studio in Northern California where I am surrounded by redwood trees, nature and wildlife, all of which have influenced me in designing simple, elegant pieces that are both beautiful and functional.

I believe that the ordinary things we surround ourselves with — the pieces we use and the things we look at day after day should add beauty to our environment and make us happy when using them.
