We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Dirt Couture. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Contact us at 1-877-280-0164 for Return Authorization before returning any merchandise to us. Items sent to us without a Return Authorization on the outside of the box may be refused.

We recommend that you send your packages USPS insured for the full amount of the purchase. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned items.

Live plants are guaranteed for 72 hours after arrival. Dirt Couture cannot be responsible for the care of live plants once they have been received by you.
